Getting started
First login, the CyViation products, and how to move between them — five minutes before you open your role playbook.
Logging in
Every CyViation product authenticates through one Central Auth service, so you have a single identity across SkyRay, Overwatch and Cortex.
- Open any product URL. If you're not signed in, you're redirected to the Central Auth login page.
- Sign in with Google (single sign-on) or email + password. If two-factor is enabled on your account, enter your 2FA code.
- Central Auth sets a secure session cookie and sends you back to where you started. You won't see a separate login form inside each product.
The CyViation products
CyViation is a platform of focused products that share one login and one navigation bar.

Moving between products
Every product shows the CyViation top bar with links to SkyRay, Overwatch, Cortex, Vulnerability Manager and the Admin UI. You stay signed in as you move between them — no second login.
Roles & access
What you can see and do is decided by your role. Each product has Admin / Analyst / Viewer-style tiers, and access can be scoped to specific customers. You only see the products and customers you've been granted.

First-login checklist
- Signed in via Central Auth and reached your product home
- Enabled two-factor authentication on your account
- Confirmed you can see the products your role needs
- Found the CyViation top bar and tried switching products
- Opened your role playbook and bookmarked it
Getting help
Each product has a Support entry in its navigation. For access problems, contact your administrator. For anything operational, the escalation tables in each role playbook tell you exactly who to reach.
