Screen guide
Dispatcher OCC
The operations-control view — live monitoring of flights against threat zones, with a cyber assessment score per flight.
The OCC screen is the shared picture for dispatchers, fleet managers and the SOC: what's flying, what's exposed, and what needs a routing decision now.
What it shows
| Element | What to do with it |
|---|---|
| Live Monitor | Real-time view of active flights; the same picture the SOC sees, so you can coordinate without screen-sharing. |
| Flight Assessment / Score | A per-flight cyber risk score. A rising score is your cue to look at routing. |
| Threat Zones on Route | Where each flight's track crosses known GNSS / cyber risk areas. |
| AC / Age | Aircraft and how current its cyber-maintenance status is. |
How to use it
- Sort by assessment score — work the highest-risk flights first.
- Open a flight to see which segment crosses a threat zone, then weigh an alternate routing with Ops Control.
- Watch the Live Monitor with the SOC during active events; agree who calls the crew.
- Hold dispatch on any tail showing an unapplied flight-blocking CMB.
This is the coordination surface for the Fleet Manager and SOC Analyst playbooks — both reference the live monitor for time-critical decisions.
